The Shine program is one of four primary, on-going programs that are vital to our ministry in Uganda. Currently, this program has a critical need. Unless we acquire a second vehicle capable of reaching remote areas of northern Uganda, people will suffer from lack of adequate food, clean water, medical attention and other assistance. We simply don't have the capability of reaching all who are in need. 

In 2023, the Shine program was able to serve over 1100 people in 180 homes with our one capable vehicle. Our hope is to increase that to at least 270 homes and 1600 people this year, but we are unable to do so without a second vehicle.
