Thank You

On behalf of everyone at His Voice Global I would like to thank you for your generosity and support throughout the year. It is your gifts and prayers that make the work of our ministry possible. Along with our partners in South Sudan, Uganda and Kenya we have seen the Lord continue to bless the work of our hands.

Education for those within our Circle of Care has been a priority throughout the year. A dozen students from South Sudan have been able to attend universities and trade schools in Uganda and we were able to congratulate our first college graduate. We saw three of the girls in Kenya move on to high school and many others advance in their primary education.

Through the grassroots peace initiative, we were able to further the peace process in South Sudan and see a countywide peace agreement signed. We continue to pray for the leaders of South Sudan and a lasting peace.

Groundwork for the Arise Discipleship Center in Arua, Uganda has been laid as the infrastructure began to take shape under the guidance of our missionaries, Mike and Megan Elkin’s. Preliminary plans have been drawn, wells have been dug, and a farm started. It will be exciting to see how the Lord will use this property to disciple students, train pastors and church leaders, and provide a place of rest and renewal for missionaries traveling trough Arua.

Rift Valley Hope made significant progress on the construction of the boy’s home in Kenya. A few tasks remain but the boys should be able to move in early next year.

Previously trained staff at RVH were able to begin delivering theological training this year for a new group of pastors and church leaders from many regions of Kenya. In Uganda, we were able to identify key mobilizers and we will begin training there in the spring. We also hope to resume training in South Sudan in 2019.

During the year we were able to make key additions to our staff who will help us further our work in the years to come. Hopefully, you have experienced the fruit of their labor as we sought to more effectively keep you informed about the ministry.

Thank you again for partnering with us. May the Lord bless you this holiday season and in the new year.
