His Voice April News
The full verse is found in Isaiah 60:1, and it says, “Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the LORD rises upon you.”
As Easter approaches, this seems like an appropriate verse to focus on as we reflect on the sacrificial death and rejoice in the glorious resurrection of the Lord Jesus.
We rejoice in the shared ministry He has given to you and His Voice Global, and we’re happy to report that we are well on our way to meeting the challenge of a huge Year of Opportunity in almost every area of our work.
One goal this year is to construct the initial buildings on the Arise Discipleship & Retreat Center property in Arua, Uganda.
The sunrise over this property is a spectacular sight, and we are extremely excited about the impact the Center will have on the lives of thousands in East Africa as they experience the Light of the world there.
In the next week, you should receive printed information in your home mail box about Arise, and about the other remaining initiatives for the year as we seek to be obedient to the calling we share. We’ll be praying along with you as you consider this material. It is a joy to be able to serve the risen LORD with you!
Gratefully,
